The meditation practices explained in the teachings on the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life provide elegant answers to these questions. Through practicing these meditations, we can see how to live a life that is meaningful, meditative, and altruistic. We can see the close connection between training our mind and how that directly and indirectly makes a positive change in our community and world. Over these four weeks, we will see how to find joy in living a life with a positive intention and how to conjoin our meditation practice with a life that can really change the world for the better.
Chairs are available for seating. Unfortunately, we do not have meditation cushions at the moment
You are welcome to bring a notebook, but it not required.
