Easy, basic steps to Cha Cha, Salsa, and Merengue, dances which can be learned solo, with some gentle "dancercise" built in to ward off the winter weight. We'll warm up and cool down with some Foxtrot, and for the very energetic we'll do some Swing.
I provide the music and the instruction.
Just bring water to hydrate. Wear shoes that can glide, preferable not sneakers.
Four classes of great music and movement. We'll begin with Forties and Fifties music, then Sixties, Seventies, and we'll end with a Music Mix. Reminisce as you do easy steps to the music you love. Think you can't dance? Think again! You will learn enough basic steps to have a great time on the dance floor, and that's what counts! Come alone or with a partner. If you'd like to register and pay by check for this class, please contact Linda at 973.579.7382.
